Here's what it looks like from the first conversation to getting there.
The consultation.
This is a conversation. We talk about where you are right now and where you want to be. What your goals look like, what you're currently doing, and how your body feels doing it.
From there, we define your goals together and figure out how much you can do on your own and how much we do together in the office.
The assessment.
Based on what we talk about in the consultation, we go through a hands-on assessment tailored to your goals. Foundational and functional movements, strength, and where the real opportunities are for improvement.
This is how we find your starting point so we know exactly where to begin building.
Your sessions.
This is where the work happens. Sessions are one-on-one with me, 30 minutes to an hour, and what's in them depends entirely on your goals. It might be strength training, balance work, mobility, plyometrics, QSM3 chiropractic, or a combination. Every plan is built around the person in front of me.
Most people come in once or twice a week. Between sessions, you get individualized homework so you're making progress on your own time too.
As you progress, the plan progresses with you.
